[Bakground] Itachi has always been rather bad at adapting; a bit too serious to fit in among others in his age. As for his family, his father has always had very high demands on him, both because of the family’s social status and Itachi’s own talent and intellect.

However, at the age of 17 (when he had already finished high school), Itachi decided on his own to not continue to law school, like his father expected, but instead he took up another career and educated himself as a social studies teacher. After Itachi had already been cut off from his family for the most part, a lot of things happened, among them an unfortunate fire, which ruined both Itachi’s family’s home and killed his parents.

Now, Itachi works hard to be able to pay for his own living expenses, as well as his younger brother Sasuke, who was the only one beside him who survived the fire.

...he's the most awkward (and boring) social studies teacher ever.
